1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing designwithsajid.com and requesting our social media services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Design with Sajid provides specialized social media content creation for healthcare and wellness brands, including:

  • Custom Social Media Post Design
  • Viral Reels and Video Editing
  • Monthly Content Management Packages
  • 3-Day Free Content Trial (as specified in our promotional offers)

3. The 3-Day Free Trial

Our 3-day free trial is a no-commitment offer designed to show the quality of our work to clinic and med-spa owners.

  • The trial includes a specific number of designs as discussed during the initial consultation.
  • No credit card is required for the trial.
  • Design with Sajid reserves the right to refuse a free trial to any practice that does not align with our specialized healthcare service capabilities.

4. Revisions and Feedback

We aim for 100% client satisfaction.

  • Each paid project includes a standard number of revisions (usually 2 to 3) as per the selected package.
  • Major changes to the original brief after the design has been started may incur additional charges.

5. Payments and Refunds

  • For monthly management packages, payments are required in advance or as per the agreed milestone.
  • Due to the nature of creative digital services, once a final design has been delivered and approved, no refunds will be issued.
  • If a project is cancelled mid-way, a kill-fee based on the work completed may apply.

6. Intellectual Property

Once full payment is received, the final high-resolution designs belong to the clinic/client for their business use. However, Design with Sajid retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate clinic details, logos, brand guidelines, and any necessary medical compliance info required for the project. Delays in providing these materials may result in a delayed delivery schedule.

8. Limitation of Liability

Design with Sajid is not liable for any loss of traffic, patient inquiries, or revenue resulting from the use of our content. We provide high-quality visual tools for growth, but final reach depends on external social media algorithm factors.
